Order Fulfillment
Garment orders are processed according to the measurements and sizes provided on our website. We offer the option for a refund or an exchange for any color, size, or style mentioned on our website. However, returns or exchanges are subject to shipping costs, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Terms and Conditions for Returns
1. Return Window: All returns must be initiated within 14 days of the original delivery/shipment date. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not refund shipping charges.
3. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in brand new, salable condition—unworn, unaltered, and with all original tags intact. Items must be properly folded in their original packaging. Without the original tags, returns/exchanges will not be accepted.
4. Processing Time: Please allow 7 calendar days for the exchange/return to be processed after delivery to the return address, and 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
5. Size Variations: Measurements for dresses are as per the size charts provided. However, a +/- 1” difference is possible and is not considered a fault.
6. Accessories: Accessories attached to outfits may differ slightly from those shown in images. These accessories are not provided by the brand, and their availability may vary.
7. Color Variations: A slight difference in the shade of the product due to photography settings is not considered a fault, as described in the product description.
8. Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are ineligible for refunds, including custom stitched suits, sarees, lehenga sarees, lehenga cholis with custom-stitched blouses. Clearance sale items are also non-returnable.
9. Order Modifications: Once the shipping label has been created, any order placed cannot be canceled or altered, including the delivery address.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exchange Process
1. Exchange Requests: Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original delivery/shipment date via email.
2. Return Instructions: After submitting the exchange request, follow the instructions sent via email to return the item.
3. Price Differences: If the exchanged product's price is lower than the original purchase, the remaining balance will be refunded to your credit or debit card.
